1. Promotion: The Pennsylvania Lottery 极速®赛车开奖历史记录 will conduct a Deposit promotion (“Promotion”), in which players who successfully enter the bonus code described below and deposit $10 or more into their lottery accounts during the promotional period, as described herein, will receive up to a maximum of $50 in iLottery Bonus Money.
   
   
2. Participation and entry:

(a)  Entrants must have a registered lottery account in order to participate in the Promotion.  To create a lottery account, visit https://www.mmhdcwdl.com.  Creating a lottery account is free.

(b)  A registered lottery account holder is subject to the iLottery regulations and specifically agrees to be bound by the iLottery terms and conditions located at https://www.mmhdcwdl.com/signup/terms-and-conditions/, as well as any related policies.

(c)  To establish a lottery account, players must provide the following information:

            (1)  The player’s name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification or tax documents;

            (2)  The player’s date of birth;

            (3)  The entire or last four digits of the player’s Social Security Number, or comparable equivalent;

            (4)  The player’s address;

            (5)  The player’s telephone number;

            (6)  The player’s email address;

            (7)  Any other information established by the Lottery to be necessary to verify the age and identity of the player.

(d)  An individual may be required to provide additional information or documentation, as set forth in the iLottery terms and conditions, to establish a lottery account or register for iLottery.  The information may be used for iLottery registration or to confirm information provided by that individual during the registration process.

(e)  To enter the Promotion, players must enable the Promotion.  To enable the Promotion, a player must enter and submit the bonus code, described below in section 3(c), on the iLottery website, available at https://www.mmhdcwdl.com/promotions/my-bonuses/ and https://www.mmhdcwdl.com/login/welcome-back/ or on the Lottery’s official mobile application, and complete the deposit requirements during the promotional period, as set forth for herein.

(f)  Only deposits completed after successfully enabling the Promotion will count towards qualification of the Promotion.  Deposits completed prior to successful promotion opt-in will not be counted toward satisfaction of the Promotional requirements.

3. Promotion description and requirements:

(a)  The Promotion is designed to award a prize to players who deposit $10 or more during the promotional period and meet the requirements as set forth herein.

(b)  The promotional period for the Promotion begins after 4:59:59 a.m. March 12, 2024.  The promotional period will end when sales have ended for the PA-5231 CLUE™ Fast Play game.

(c)  The bonus code for the Promotion can found on the Lottery’s PA-5231 CLUE™ Fast Play game ticket, which begins sales on March 5, 2024.  The bonus code for the promotion is “CASE”.  The bonus code may only be redeemed once during the promotional period.

4. Restrictions and play through requirements:

(a)  The iLottery Bonus Money entitlements described herein are subject to all restrictions and limitations mentioned anywhere else in these rules, or as set forth in the PA iLottery terms and conditions and the PA iLottery Bonus Policy.

(b)  The Lottery is not responsible for entries that are not entered into the Promotion because of incompatible internet browsers, mobile Lottery application failure or other technical issues.  The Lottery is not responsible for entries not entered due to delays in creating a lottery account or the inability to create a lottery account.  Entries not entered into the Promotion for any other reason will not be considered entries.

(c)  The Pennsylvania Lottery 极速®赛车开奖历史记录 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Promotion and change these rules if the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to errors in these rules or advertising, unauthorized intervention, tampering, fraud, technical errors, viruses, worms, bugs or any other cause that, in the Lottery’s sole judgment, could corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion.

(d)  All money awarded under this Promotion will be awarded as iLottery Bonus Money.  iLottery Bonus Money cannot be withdrawn until the play through requirements for converting the iLottery Bonus Money to cash have been completed, as set forth herein.  In order to convert the iLottery Bonus Money to cash, the player must wager the value of the iLottery Bonus Money received from participation in the Promotion 10 times.  For example, if a player is awarded $50 in iLottery Bonus Money, the player is required to place $500 in wagers before the iLottery Bonus Money awarded in the Promotion becomes cash, which may be withdrawn from the player’s account.

(e)  iLottery Bonus Money must be played at https://www.mmhdcwdl.com and expires 7 days after the iLottery Bonus Money is credited to the player’s account.  Failure to play the iLottery Bonus Money through 10 times within 7 days of the iLottery Bonus Money being credited to the player’s account will result in the forfeiture of the iLottery Bonus Money.
